Where does ELURA ship?
ELURA offers free standard worldwide shipping. Delivery availability may still depend on local carrier service and regional restrictions.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days. During this time, your order is confirmed, prepared, checked, and packed before shipment.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery is usually 7–15 business days for the USA, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Europe. For other destinations, delivery is generally estimated at 10–20 business days after processing.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll email your tracking details. You can also enter your tracking number on our order tracking page.
Why is my tracking not showing information yet?
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment. This is normal and does not necessarily mean your package has stopped moving.
Can my order arrive in more than one package?
In some cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number and your packages may arrive at different times.
Will I be charged for shipping?
No. Standard worldwide shipping is free on every ELURA order.
What if my order is delayed?
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur because of customs, local carriers, weather, peak shopping periods, or other circumstances outside our control. If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact ELURA support and we’ll help.
